Luis Perdomo . Bachelor of Social Communication UNICA 1998. Master of Educational Psychology, URU. 2009. Since 2007 he has served as Sample jury Audiovisual Rafael Belloso Chacin University, where he also lectures and laboratory teaching Photography, Photography I - II, audiovisual II, Digital Photography. It has also been teaching and institutions such as UNITE-READIC CEDIC and Cecilio acosta University, where he has lectured on photography and pictorial semiotics, and photojournalism, among others. Graph has been Reporter institutions such as the Mayor of San Francisco, Zulia State, Directorate of Institutional Relations and Coordination of the Interior Zulia state, and printed media as the Diario La Verdad, evening Evening, Diario Critica and Herald of Venezuela. Since 2009 he founded and directs Project Foundation 40 degrees in the sun through which coordinates activities and workshops on photography in the city of Maracaibo.

The same will be part of prizes to be delivered in the Photography Contest LOOKING GREEN / maracaibo, culminating in February 2011. These and others were received by mail the last day on November 29, 2010.

The books are a compilation made by Archs. Omar Moisset and Ines Paris, and part of the work, workshops and lectures presented papers in International Seminars Landscape LANDSCAPE HYPOTHESIS made between 2003 and 2007 in Cordoba, Sao Paulo, Cochabamba, Santiago de Chile.

has closed a deal with Studio Strobe - photographic culture, through which will be awarded as contest prize LOOKING GREEN / maracaibo, two photography courses for two people.

workshops are two Level I and Level II, equivalent to BsF 500 each. Two people will be benefited with this award, we know that being an amateur or professional photography, it never hurts to academic training in the discipline.
